AcsAddCustomer documentation describes the -c parameter as "Optional" whereas it is Mandatory

The ACS Technical Guide describes the -c option (representing the customer's name) in the command line parameters passed to acsAddCustomer binary as optional. However, this parameter is mandatory and executions of acsAddCustomer without providing the -c option will be rejected.
