Running LSH Post Installation After a Fresh Install of LSH 2.3.0, OWB Log Shows Error "PLS-00201: identifier must be declared" (Doc ID 1640143.1)

On Oracle Life Sciences Data Hub (LSH) Release 2.3.0, Installation and Upgrade component.

Performing a fresh install of LSH 2.3.0.
- The Oracle LSH LOB Loader concurrent program completed successfully.
- The $CDR_TOP/patch/115/sql/cdradaptergrants.sql was executed to grant security rights to seeded adapters.
- The "grant execute any procedure to apps;" was executed
- The Oracle LSH Post-Installation program finished successfully, but the OWB log shows the following erors:
