Symptoms

ISSUE:

OC error 364300 creating a Mass Change. User adds 2 conditions:

1.) KEY where subset is equal to 11
2.) RESP where LB3.LBREF$F is equal to '<5'

The error is raised after the second condition is saved. After the error is recognized, the OC error 354500 is raised. Then the Oracle error ORA-29471 is raised.
