Getting Exception While Creating New Service Configuration in UIM. (Doc ID 1640313.1)

Symptoms

You are upgrading from UIM 7.1.* versions to 7.2.2.* versions, After you upgrade

Whenever you are trying to work on the existing Entities say for example Creating new Service configuration Version etc.

You see the below error:

<Error> <oracle.communications.platform.entity.impl.ServiceConfigurationItemCharacteristicDAO> <BEA-000000> <endDate must be on or before 01/19/2038.
