Symptoms

Oracle Communications, Network Charging and Control.

After one has configured the cellIdPadCharacter in the LCP main section of the eserv.config configuration file, the cellIdPadCharacter padded in the CellId returned by an AnyTimeInterrogation (ATI) is still F : the parameter gets ignored.

Changes

This problem may happen if the LCP section of the eserv.config, and more specifically the cellIdPadCharacter is incorrectly modified.
