EIP - Where Does One Need To Set ORACLE_HOME When EIP Is Installed On The PLM/DB Server? (Doc ID 1640909.1)

Last updated on JUNE 21, 2018

Applies to:

Oracle Agile Engineering Data Management - Version and later
Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit) - Version: 2008 R2
Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit)

Is it really needed when running the EIP on the PLM/DB server itself that all the cmd files are adapted to ensure that ORACLE_HOME is set to the 32 Bit Oracle database client?
The PLM environment runs on a server with OS MS Windows 2008 R2 64 Bit and has a 64-bit Oracle database and a 32-bit Oracle database client installed on that machine additionally.
