Adding a new Product Family is not showing up in the drop down list in Case - Open Search by Product Family unless the user messagecache is cleared
NAVIGATION / REPLICATION PATH:
- Console Add a Product Family
- Add Product / Family to User Group
- Launch Argus as user with access
- Hit List for Product Family
- New Product/Family is not present
Works once user cache is cleared on webserver
