Payment Amount Did Not Recalculate After License Update (Doc ID 1641157.1)

Payment Amount did not recalculate after license fee update.

Create new deal with below steps:
1. Mass update 7 licenses with $100
2. update license start, usage and fee for all individual licenses
3. Push deal to SAM

SAM discovers that Payment Amount is still $100 for all licenses. Go to license payment tab, and save payment, payment is updated correctly.

Issue is why before pushing to SAM, deal did not error out or payments are not updated?
Deal has been tested in UAT and pushed through WF. It did error out at final accounting approval.
