Pick From Container ID Is Not Deleted After Case Pick
(Doc ID 1641578.1)
Last updated on MARCH 18, 2019
Applies to:
Oracle Retail Warehouse Management System - Version 12.0.11.7 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
In Oracle Retail Warehouse Management System (RWMS) 12.0.x and 13.0.x, during case picking, the pick_from_container_id is not deleted if some other container is confirmed in place of the container that is suggested in the PICK_DIRECTIVE table.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Generate C Picks.
- While picking, confirm some other container than is suggested.
- Note that picking is completed, but the confirmed container is not getting deleted.
- Note also that picking is completed even if the confirmed container does not have the item that is on stock order. Ideally, when the container not having the item on stock order is scanned, an error should be thrown.
