Symptoms

On a supplement cancel of a PSR order, the domain name, user id and pass word on that PSR for a Web Hosting / Domain product is updated to "Unavailable" status from "Pending"; however the ‘To effective date’ is not set. The user receives the following error when the same domain Name is reused.
