The objectives of ETPM 2.3.1 Batch Benchmark are as follows:

Verify if ETPM 2.3.1 SP1 batch processing has not regressed vs. ETPM 2.3.0 on standard X4170 servers
Execute scalability tests for the long running batch jobs with varied number of threads to identify the optimal number of threads and scalability bottlenecks.
Identify new performance and scalability issues at higher loads and larger number of taxpayers (5 million vs. 2 million ETPM 2.3.0 was benchmarked with), document workarounds and file bugs
Collect metrics to adjust ETPM Sizing Calculator for Exalogic/Exadata based implementations
