Symptoms
Payment tool failed to launch after creating a custom payment method "XYZ Paypal".
This custom payment method is a one-time payment method like cash, check etc. and will not be used to create a customer account.
Followed steps from knowledge article 865968.1 on creating custom payment method.
Created the following custom classes:
/event/billing/payment/XYZ/Paypal
/event/billing/refund/XYZ/Paypal
/event/billing/reversal/XYZ/Paypal
