MWM/ORS v2 Activities Being Pulled By Scheduler Due To 'Out Of Sequence' Events (Doc ID 1642397.1)

An activity that was dispatched to a crew shift, with a common address to another activity on the shift, is being recalled by the system while the crew is on site at that common address.  For example, while the crew was completing one activity at 1 Main Street, Apt 1, the activity at 1 Main Street, Apt 2, was recalled.   The crew had to call the dispatcher to have it reassigned.

These activities should be grouped and assigned to a single crew and not be recalled while the crew is onsite completing the other activity.  What circumstances can cause this behavior?
