Home Link Does Not Navigate To The Correct Home Page

Goal
Clicking on the Home link does not navigate to the Home page configured for the user. Instead it always navigates to the Control-Central Main tab. The home page is correctly loaded when the user first logs in.
Steps To Replication
1 create a user xxx and default home page is control central-customer information tab
2 on the Navigation Option page ,make sure we point to "controlCentralCustInfoPage"
3 try to reproduce the issue , first logged in with your user xxx and it goes to ControlCentrol-customer information tab
4 click admin-Language , it take me to Language page
5 click Home Button , it only return to the control-central page but not central page-customer info tab
