Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management (ORSIM), complete a Unit & Amount stock count and notice the incorrect/inconsistent date in STOCK_COUNT_LINE_ITEM table for AUTHORIZED_TIME, PHYS_COUNT_TIME and SNAPSHOT_TIME columns.

Steps to Reproduce:
 
 1. Create U&A stock count
 2. Take snap shot
 2. Count stock count
 3. Recount stock count
 4. Authorize and confirm it.

Observe the incorrect/inconsistent date in STOCK_COUNT_LINE_ITEM for AUTHORIZED_TIME, PHYS_COUNT_TIME and SNAPSHOT_TIME
