The Result of Search Operator "BETWEEN" Does Not Contain the Last Date (Doc ID 1642967.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When searching attributes of datetime format using search operator 'Between', the result does not contain the last date.
For example:
  Between 2014/04/01 AND 2014/04/02 -> Only the records of 2014/04/01 are found  


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When searching attributes of datetime format using search operator 'Between', the result contains the last date.
For example:
  Between 2014/04/01 AND 2014/04/02 -> The records of 2014/04/01 and 2014/04/02 are found  


WHAT IS WORKING
-----------------------
When listing the criteria using search operator 'Equal To', the expected records are found.
For example:
  Equal To 2014/04/01 AND Equal To 2014/04/02 -> The records of 2014/04/01 and 2014/04/02 are found  


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Web Client
2. Go to Custom Search
3. Set the criteria
   Product Service Request | Problem Report | Object Search
   Attribute: Expected Resolution Date, Operator: Between, Value: 2014/04/01 - 2014/04/02
4. Click Search
-> Only PSRs which have Expected Resolution Date=2014/04/01 are found and Expected Resolution Date=2014/04/02 does not found.
