Our BatchScheduler is failing with the following error.

The root LoggedException was: Unexpected exception while setting module name to 'TUGBU Idle'
and
The root LoggedException was: Unexpected exception while setting db context user to 'SYSUSER'

A restart seems to have fixed the issue, but need to understand the cause and if there is a fix.
