Changes On Override Descriptions Of Lookups Are Not Reflected To Application As Described In Help (Doc ID 1644216.1)

Symptoms

On ETPM 2.3.1 SP1
Override Description is not working in Lookups SA_STATUS_FLG and ADJ_STATUS_FLG.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Lookup SA_STATUS_FLG:
1. Change override description for all Field Values
2. Flush the cache / delete browser cache / restart browser
3. Override descriptions for SA_STATUS_FLG are reflected on Obligation page - Main Tab - Obligation Status drop down
4. Override descriptions for SA_STATUS_FLG are NOT reflected on Obligation Search page (grid column Status), 360 Degree View page - Tax Role tab - Obligations zone - Information column, Obligation page - Main Tab - Obligation Info string and possibly other places in the system.

Lookup ADJ_STATUS_FLG:
1. Change override description for all Field Values
2. Flush the cache / delete browser cache / restart browser
3. Navigate to Main menu - Accounting - Adjustment. Run a search. In the search results grid, notice the text in column Adjustment does not display the override description
4. Click one of the adjustments from the search results to navigate to the Adjustment page.
Notice that the override description is not shown in:
Main section - Information string
Related Adjustments zone
