ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Immediate submit of revision fails to create order due to duplicate order key.
Problem noticed using OSM PIP cartridges. Submit order 'SalesOrder10000Deliver.xml', and without any delay submit order 'SalesOrder10000Cancel.xml
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

OSM should accept revision order.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a order using 'SalesOrder10000Deliver.xml'
2. Place a revision order
