Why Can a User with a Wallet in Terminated State Make Outgoing Calls, and How to Modify Such a Behaviour (Doc ID 1644823.1)

Purpose

This note is created to to inform Oracle Communication Network Charging and Control (OCNCC) user that a Wallet in Terminated state is allowed to make outgoing call. 

However, the documentation says otherwise : 

"When the wallet's expiry date is reached, the subscriber account/wallet is moved into the terminated state. All services are disabled."

This note will detail how to configure your OCNCC application in order to prevent a Terminated Wallet to make outgoing calls.
