Server Details Screens Hang on Save After New OFSAA Install on Solaris 11 (Doc ID 1644966.1)

Symptoms

On OFSAAI 7.3 in System Configuration, when attempting to save the Database Server Details after a new installation of OFSAAI 7.3 on Solaris 11, hitting the save button nothing happens. The SMSService.log file as the following error:

Being a new install using SFTP, the Reveleus server running in the foreground to accept the certificate.

After updating all values in the Database Server Details screen after hitting Save, nothing happens, no certificate request in the putty reveleus server screen, nothing is saved to any of the DB_SERVER_INFO table in the config schema and there are no error messages.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. System Configuration -> Server Details -> Database Server
