Unable to print the configuration of all studies from Argus Console

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Query all studies from Console > Business Configuration > Studies, select a study and click on Print, then choose 'Print all' in the popup. The print window remains blank, a PDF file is generated on Report server but cannot be opened, it looks like the file is corrupted.
When printing on study only > choose Current Selection on the Print popup, the PDF is created and displayed on user browser
