Symptoms
In an integration environment, paging functionality is needed to get range of events to be retrieved for opcode PCM_OP_BILL_GET_ITEM_EVENT_CHARGE_DISCOUNT.
Right now, this opcode can only support MINIMUM and MAXIMUM arguments (beside some filtering arguments such as start_t, end_t, service_id, etc.). But, it does not support the scenarios when a client wants to retrieve the first 100 events, in the next round it asks for the next 100 events staring from event 101, and then the event staring from 201, etc.
If the subscriber has lots of events stored within the BRM database, the opcode will send back all of them at the same time, and there is no mechanism to support data retrieval in smaller chunks.
