Diameter Control Agent (DCA) Crashes After Extension Buffers Increased for Each CCR-U Received (Doc ID 1645213.1)

On Oracle Communication Network Charging and Control (OCNCC) 5.0.1, Diameter Control Agent (DCA) crashes under certain circumstances.

Scenario :

   - Subscriber got 0 balance
   - Session started with multiple services (Rating Group=0 and Rating Group=1)
   - Every CCR-U of the session is being redirected
   - For every 5 mins PGW attempts CCR-U requesting new reservation
   - After few attempts, DCA crashed because while sending IDP on every new CCR-U, the IDP extension digit buffers are piled up.
