Unable to Open Specific File Formats like DWG and DGN When Using AutoVue Installed on Linux (Doc ID 1645262.1)

When using AutoVue Client/Server Deployment or AutoVue for Agile PLM on Linux and trying to view DWG or DGN files there is a message saying "Unsupported File Format". Other formats are opening just fine (e.g.: Office, PDF, Catia, ProE, etc...).

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Try to view a DGN or DWG file in AutoVue.
  2. Notice the "Unsupported File Format" message in the AutoVue applet.
