E2B Xml files are not getting created after upgrading to Argus Safety 126.96.36.199 From 188.8.131.52
Steps to Repeat:
1. Login to Argus Safety using the 184.108.40.206 database that is upgraded from 220.127.116.11
2. Create an E2B ready case
3. Schedule an E2B report and generate it
4. Transmit the report from bulk reporting screen
5. Observe that the E2B XML file is not getting generated and placed in outgoing folder
