In OpenSAFfire, when attempting to configure inter-Service Instance (SI) dependencies with a NO_REDUNDANCY system model, it will unfortunately not work correctly.
Depending on the exact system model configuration, it is possible for failed Service Units (SUs) to have their corresponding SIs go UNASSIGNED while dependent SIs remain FULLY_ASSIGNED.
This does not affect manual locking of an SU.
