Oracle Tracing Function In Set Debug Options is Not Generating The Trace File in Correct Directory (Doc ID 1645655.1)

Symptoms

In Service Managment System (SMS) screens, after enabling the 'Set Debug Options', the location of the trace file is not the one documented in the SMS user guide named, the guide says the trace should be documented in "$ORACLE_BASE/admin/SMF/udump/smf_ora_file_user.trc", it is not the case.

Steps to enabe the trace : 
1.) In SMS screens go to 'Operator Functions' -> 'Set Debug Options', then set 'Oracle Tracing' to '12'.
2.) Perform update on a wallet to trigger an action to be put in the trace file.
3.) Trace file showing subscriber operations is not generated in "$ORACLE_BASE/admin/SMF/udump/smf_ora_file_user.trc".
