When attempting to Create an alias connection, the following error occurs:
Database Server Error: OCI version 18.104.22.168.0 Production is not supported.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Project management.
2. Create a database connection.
3. Enter the database public username and password.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot login to Project Management.
