Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Approvers Have Approved notification is sent to Change Analyst when change order is approved for status with AutoPromote set to Yes.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Change Analyst not to receive Approvers Have Approved notification when change order is approved for status with AutoPromote set to Yes.
This is because Change Analyst does not need to manually change status for those change order so no need to be notified.
Change Analyst not to receive Approvers Have Approved notification only when change order is approved for status with AutoPromote set to No.


WHAT IS WORKING
-----------------------
On the version prior to 9.3.2, Change Analysts did not recieve Approvers Have Approved notification only when change order is approved for status with AutoPromote set to Yes.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to the Java Client as admin.
2. Open Admin tab, Default Change Orders workflow.
   Set Yes to AutoPromote of CCB.
3. Set Database > Notification Enabled to Yes.
4. Set Notification > Change Orders - All Change Approvers Have Approved and related Notification to enable, and Notification Type to Inbox.
5. Log in to the Web Client as admin.
6. Create ECO001, set value admin to Change Analyst, set workflow as Default Change Orders and submit.
7. Add UserA as Approver of CCB.
8. Log in to WebClient as UserA.
9. Approve CCB for ECO001.
10. Log in to WebClient as admin and the following notification is sent.
     'All approvers have signed off on ECO001 for the CCB of the Default Change Orders workflow'.
