Inventory Status 'Unavailable To Sell' Is Not Found in RMS Transfer Form (Doc ID 1646055.1)

In Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) 13.2.x, the inventory status 'Unavailable to Sell' is not found in the transfer form.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create a new Transfer.
  2. In inventory status put "Non-sellable qty".
  3. Choose the Item.
  4. Choose Inventory Status.  Note that Inventory Status = 2 ('Unavailable to Sell') is missing.
