Cannot Un-Receive a Shipment If the Item Is Shipped in One Container That Includes Two Transfers: "Severe System Error" Occurs (Doc ID 1662259.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management (SIM) 13.1.x, if an item is shipped in one container including two transfers, a 'severe system error' occurs if the user tries to un-receive it after receiving.


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create a warehouse delivery (WHD) with two transfers, each one containing 10 units.  Check data from tables RK_SHIPMENTS, RK_SHIPMENT_CARTON, and RK_SHIPMENT_ITEM.
  2. Check this WHD on the SIM side.  These two transfers are grouped in one line with 20 units.
  3. Receive this shipment; it will move to 'received' status.
  4. Now try to un-receive this shipment. An error is thrown: "A severe system error has occurred. Please contact system administrator"
