After upgrading from Oracle Financial Services Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) 6.0.3 to 18.104.22.168, when you run an FTP Process with the "Cash Flow: Zero Discount Factors" Transfer Pricing method against records with a CUR_PAR_BAL = 0, you get large negative Transfer Rates.

If you re-process the same records in FTP 6.0.3, the Transfer Rates look correct.
