Symptoms

After upgrading from Oracle Financial Services Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) 6.0.3 to 6.1.0.3, when you run an FTP Process with the "Cash Flow: Zero Discount Factors" Transfer Pricing method against records with a CUR_PAR_BAL = 0, you get large negative Transfer Rates.

Example from FTP 6.1.0.3:

LRD_BALANCECUR_PAR_BALTRANSFER_RATE
0 916,666.680 1.285476
0 0 -1177.419355
1,348,906.050 607,708.330 -1432.047339
364,930.930 0 -2607.142857
0 1,050,000.000 1.289004
0 0 -1177.419355

If you re-process the same records in FTP 6.0.3, the Transfer Rates look correct.

Example from FTP 6.0.3:

LRD_BALANCECUR_PAR_BALTRANSFER_RATE
0 916,666.680 1.285476
0 0 1.288207
1,348,906.050 607,708.330 1.170006
364,930.930 0 1.169889
0 1,050,000.000 1.289004
0 0 1.288207

You expect to get the same results in FTP 6.1.0.3 that you previously got in FTP 6.0.3.
