Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA)
After upgrading from Oracle Financial Services Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) 6.0.3 to 220.127.116.11, when you run an FTP Process with the "Cash Flow: Zero Discount Factors" Transfer Pricing method against records with a CUR_PAR_BAL = 0, you get large negative Transfer Rates.
Example from FTP 18.104.22.168:
If you re-process the same records in FTP 6.0.3, the Transfer Rates look correct.
Example from FTP 6.0.3:
You expect to get the same results in FTP 22.214.171.124 that you previously got in FTP 6.0.3.
