Disabling TelephoneNumber Aging Process in UIM (Doc ID 1662608.1)

Goal

Customer does not need aging process and wants to know if they can delete the below properties

In consumer.properties file we have following properties:
telephoneNumberAging.firstTime
telephoneNumberAging.period

They have changed TN statuses from PENDING_UNASSING to UNASSIGNED so don’t need this process.
