Symptoms

 CIS 4.5/4.6 sync from InForm to Clintrial results in:

There was a problem trying to send transactions to the InForm Adapter

Client found response content type of '', but expected 'text/xml'.

   at .CISSynchAdapter.SynchOrchestration.SynchEngine.ExecuteCISSynch(SynchConfigItem synchConfigItem) in E:\CISNeptune\SourceCode\CISSynchAdapter\CISSynchOrchestration\SynchEngine.cs:line 304
   at .CISSynchAdapter.Processor.CISSyncExecuter.ExecuteSync(String syncGuid) in E:\CISNeptune\SourceCode\CISSynchAdapter\CISSyncProcessor\CISSyncExecuter.cs:line 131

No errors appear in CIS, InForm Adapter or InForm Server Adapter event logs

From the Clintrial to Inform direction the error will appear in the adapter log similar to this:
