OCSG Does Not Send Northbound Callback Notifications Via HTTP Proxy (Doc ID 1662855.1)

Symptoms

If the Java Virtual Machine (JVM) proxy settings are configured as follows (inside Servers/<server_name>/Configuration/ServerStart/Arguments - and then using NodeManager to start the server):
 


When tested by removing the nonProxyHosts configuration, the same result is received. Issue is that OCSG will not make the connection via the proxy server.
