RP Plan Error - Plan Status: Error While Solving The Plan (Doc ID 1662997.1)

On : version,  

When attempting to add another org to an existing RP plan
the following error occurs.

Plan Status: Error while solving the Plan. Check Server log for more information"

In the rpengine log it shows

 Demand pull-in: Save the operation start for IR  
   Demand pull-in: Save the operation start for IR  
   java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 130, Size: 129
