Symptoms

Oracle Life Sciences Argus Safety Version 7.0.3

E2B Files Not Transmitting, the file has been successfully generated but it is not getting transmitted to the server.

No warnings were reported in the logs, and the only clue was located in the Agservice.ini file which had the below entry for the service:

Status=Database is currently inaccessible to Argus.  <==This is the only warning
