Requested Delivery Date in SIM Does Not Affect the "Not After Date" for the Order Created in RMS

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The requested delivery date in Store Inventory Management (SIM) does not affect the "Not After Date" for the order created in RMS.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an item request and choose a requested delivery date (for example 31-1-2014)
2. Press "Request" to complete
3. An order is created in RMS with latest_ship_date as 31-1-2014
Actual result: Not After Date for the order created is not changed to 31-1-2014
Expected result: Not After Date should be 31-1-2014
