Symptoms

User are not able upload / download files in the Agile RMW instance.

The error "An application error has occurred. Contact system administrator to check the error logs for more details (401)Unauthorized." is shown in the UI
and in weblogic Agile Pharma log we see below exception stack trace.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Agile
2. Navigate to RMW
3. Add a new attachment to an RMW object e.g. Material
