When the following range is uploaded

JVLAB1,,JVHIGH,F,,,110,130,/cumm,10-JAN-1998,10-FEB-1998,YEARS,YEARS

 using 'Lab Ranges Batch Data Load', the process may fail with the message:  "Effective start date is greater than effective end date"
