Duplicate and blank Activity IDs have been auto-corrected based on the increment rule set in Project Preferences.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add one or more activities in P6 EPPM (P6 Web Access) but do not hit save.
2. Go to schedule the project (F9).
3. Message is displayed
