Email Attachment Not Appearing In Convergence (Doc ID 1663794.1)

Symptoms

Email attachment is not displayed in the Convergence Message list or when viewing the message.  Other mail clients like Thunderbird do display the attachment link.

Changes

MIME header in the message uses Content-ID to reference the attachment, but there is no actual reference found in any other message body parts.
