Symptoms

'FRM: 40510-ORACLE error: unable to DELETE record' is thrown when trying to delete a partner which have no obligations yet.


Instructions to Re-create:

1.    Create a new Freight Forwarder partner.
2.    Edit the supplier and add this partner in the import attributes.
3.    Note that Record exists on the following tables: PARTNER and SUP_IMPORT_ATTR.
4.    Try to delete the Freight Forwarder partner created in step 1.
5.    'FRM: 40510-ORACLE error: unable to DELETE record' is thrown.
