In Store Inventory Management (SIM) 13.2.x, the following severe system error occurs during creation of an inventory adjustment.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. In SIM PC, go to Create Inventory Adjustment.
2. Open Item Lookup.
3. Change the search type to Supplier.
4. Click Search.
