Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA)
In Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) Infrastructure, in an environment that was migrated from OFSA 4.5, you cannot delete a migrated user. Initially, when you go to User Maintenance and delete the user, you get the message:
 User is logged in . Cannot delete the user now.
You resolve this error by going to Administration > Utilities > Enable User and clearing the station for the user.
When you attempt to delete the user a second time, you get a message saying the user has been deleted. However, when you login as the "sysauth" user and attempt to authorize the change, the deleted user does not appear in the User Authorization screen. As a result, you cannot authorize the delete and the user remains the User Maintenance screen.
