Custom Automation Plugin Not Getting Executed

Symptoms
On : 7.2.2 version, Automation
Migrated an OSM 6.3.1 cartridge named "Provide" to 7.2.2, and built that successfully. While posting the order, the weblogic server going into loop with the following error,

javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: While trying to lookup 'automation.plugin/internal/task/Provide/6.0.0.0.0/Get_Data_Inventory_Details/do' didn't find subcontext 'automation'. Resolved ''; remaining name 'automation/plugin/internal/task/Provide/6/0/0/0/0/Get_Data_Inventory_Details/do'
