Not Able To Close RFQ Due To Exception (Doc ID 1664760.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.3.1.1 version, Web client (PCM)

When attempting to change the status of RFQ the following error occurs. This is not for all RFQs. Its seen only for few of the RFQs

ERROR
-----------------------
[EJB:010158]Illegal attempt to call EJBContext.setRollbackOnly() from an EJB that was not participating in a transaction.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into web client

2. Add more then 100 supplier in one RFQ

3. Close the RFQ
