Error PIN_ERR_NO_MEM In Invoice For An Account With A Large Hierarchy

The Invoicing opcode PCM_OP_INV_MAKE_INVOICE consumes all available memory for the process (4GB) and does not completes the process, returning the error PIN_ERR_NO_MEM.
In this case the opcode does not get to call the policy opcode PCM_OP_INV_POL_PREP_INVOICE, because it stops before with the problem described above.
Detailed Invoicing is being run for one account which has:
- 3446 - Subordinate accounts.
- 13475 - Services
- 22542 - Invoice Items
- 750872 - Events (mostly usage events)
