On Advanced Search of Java Client, the Operator Shows In Both English and Japanese and the Search Fails (Doc ID 1665063.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.3.2.0 version, Java client

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
When the criteria is added in Advanced Search of Java Client by Japanese user, the operator "and/or" shows in English and Japanese and the search fails.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When the criteria is added in Advanced Search of Java Client by Japanese user, the operator "and/or" to show in Japanese only and the search succeeds.


WHAT IS WORKING
-----------------------
Using Web Client, it works successfully


STEPS
-----------------------
1. Login into Java Client as a User whose preference language is set to Japanese
2. Go to advanced search
   Object Search:
    Title.Item Type-->In-->A10--->And (Note: Operator And/OR shows in English)
    Title.Lifecycle Phase-->In-->Preliminary
3. Run the search  -> Search result shows successfully
4. Add the search criteria
    Title.Item Type-->In-->A10--->And (Note: Operator And/OR now shows in Japanese translation)
    Title.Lifecycle Phase-->In-->Preliminary-->And (Note:Operator And/OR shows in English)
    Title.Category-->In-->CategoryA
5. Run the search again -> Search fails
   The error shows that "Please enter logic operator between query criteria!"
